Mike Szukala is the President of the WNY Democrats for Progress. Mike has over a decade of experience working on local, state and federal campaigns. Presently a zone chair in the Town of Amherst, Mike is the Deputy Comptroller of Erie County and is noted for his statistical research.

Todd Potter is one of the young stars of the Democratic Party in WNY. In addition to being the VP for the northern section of WNY, Todd is the VP of the Young Democrats of Erie County. Todd has already worked on many local, state and national campaigns and is in charge of bringing new, younger members into the party.

Linda Berman is the Secretary of the Western New York Democrats for Progress. Linda has worked on many local, state and federal campaigns and is a Democratic Committeewoman and zone chair in the Town of Amherst. Linda is running to be an at-large delegate to the 2012 Democratic Convention.

Fai Borowiec is the Treasurer of the Western New York Democrats for Progress. Fai was an instrumental part of President Barack Obama's team in WNY and is the data "guru" of the organization. A Democratic Committeewoman in the City of Buffalo, Fai has worked on many progressive candidates' and causes' campaigns and is well respected for her ability to accurately analyze statistical information and turn it into a winning message.
