State of the Union Discussion
Jan 24, 2007 - Founding Fathers is known around town as a political hot spot, and for the State of the Union, it lived up to its name.
The Western New York Coalition for Progress, a bi-partisan group, sponsored a get together for the speech. Western New York Residents got together to listen to the State of the Union, and the Democratic Response. After the speeches, the group debated what was said.
Although it was a serious night, there was a lighter side. Call it Presidential bingo. Everyone got cards with certain words on them, and if the President used them, they crossed them off.
